Together we are stronger.

We currently have several well-run and profitable software companies in our group, each with its own product line and a high level of recurring revenue streams. Our companies have their own management teams that run their business in the best possible way. The management teams often benefit from having colleagues in the other companies to share experiences and knowledge with. Over time, we build value both in the individual companies and in the group. We belong together, in a context. But each company is in full control of its own business.

What do
companies
say about us?

We’ve been on this journey a number of times by now and know it works. Here are some of the voices of companies we’ve bought and their views on our work. Their testimonials are our greatest reward.

Christian Ljunge, Allevi

It is simply awesome!

The Allevi Group consists of a range of companies and products dedicated to the development of systems support for the health and social care provider sector. Or rather, making time for human contact and care instead of administration.

The CEO of the Allevi Group is Christian Ljunge. Christian has a background in the care sector and with his expertise in the Pamir Group, we have together really built up a fine business.

The company has gone from an assistance software to a complete care provider and has multiplied in size with strong profitability.

As part of Pamir, I get to set the agenda with the support of their expertise and capital. It is simply awesome! Pamir is serious about building great companies for the long term.”

Christian goes on to say how good it feels to work with long-term owners. The Pamir Group is also open to proposals to scale up the business if he finds companies that can strengthen the business. “It’s a great advantage to be part of the Pamir Group but still feel like an entrepreneur.

Jonas Karlsson, CtrlPrint

+ 300%!!!

Jonas Karlsson is CEO and co-founder of CtrlPrint, a company that has a developed a service for streamlining the generation of financial reports.

In 2017, the company had five co-owners, three of whom were ready to leave. The remaining owners needed new, skilled partners and a fresh start. They were looking for a growth partner.

Through his own network from student days, Jonas Karlsson heard about Pamir and got in touch. Pamir’s ideas aligned beautifully with Jonas’s own – to build a fantastic company!

The sales process to Pamir was instructive and when it was complete, we had established a common plan for the company,” says Jonas Karlsson.

It has now been some time since Pamir came on board at CtrlPrint and Jonas is extremely pleased with his choice of partner. The company has been established in several countries and has multiplied its turnover. The journey continues…

Jane Larsson, 2c8

I have lowered myself by two

JanE Larsson was the CEO and principal owner of 2c8, a company that provides software for mapping businesses of all kinds. Successful is something of an understatement as they have 1200 customers in 30 countries!

JanE was courted for many years by potential suitors but only really took an interest when Pamir showed up and offered to buy a majority share in the company. This offer suited JanE perfectly as he wished to remain part-owner and continue working as CEO.

Pamir presented as consummate professionals from the get-go. They had no hidden agendas but rather played their cards straight and the parties quickly reached an agreement on the future form of the business. It became the natural next step for the company.

In March 2020, we resolved to move forward and the transaction was concluded in June of the same year. During 2021, I felt that everything was running smoothly and that it would soon be time for me to take the next step, so in June of 2022 a new CEO was appointed. I’m now on the board and working hard at reducing my golf handicap.”

One call – then the journey begins
